2019 Christmas Toy Drive
Starting as a small idea, quickly became an annual event. Mr. and Mrs. Claus were on hand for photos all night long. Donated unwrapped toys were your admission into the biggest fun in town. We were able to donate a trailer full of toys ($6,000 estimated) to the Central Florida Children's Center, Sanford, FL The Alley was our hosting location for the evening and provided the entertainment.
2023 Ride to Remember
On May 20, 2023, One is too Many hosted the annual Ride to Remember for Memorial Day. We had commemorative T-shirts for purchase throughout the day. This year, we put a twist to the event, we turned it into a scavenger hunt. We had unique items like a floppy disc, car before 1957 and the list goes on. There were also riddles to solve for extra points. We had two teams from Total Misfits, a local riding club, win 1st and 2nd place.
Thanks to the donations from Sunny Beaches, The Alibi and Legacy Wiskey, we created some unique 1st and 2nd place awards.

At Sullivan, we had live music provided by David Lowe and 50/50 drawing. With your support of our event, we will be able to make a donation of over $500 to Paralyzed Veterans of America, Central Florida Chapter

2022 Christmas Toy Drive
Christmas is a time to give to those in need. We have continued its annual tradition of hosting a Blackjack Toy Drive for the Florida United Methodist Children's Home, Enterprise, FL on December 3, 2022. Thank you to all those who donated gifts and participated in the annual event. A special thank you to the locations that hosted us: The Cabbage Patch, Foxhead, The Alibi, Shay's Airport Lounge, The Wet Spot, and Shovelhead. Sunny Beaches at The Alibi offered our riders a $5 BBQ sandwich lunch that was delicious!
Along the way, we enjoyed meeting new friends and playing Blackjack.
At Shovelhead, we were entertained with live music from Fyre Insyde and Crowned Rebels.
We announced the top hand and the worst hand at Shovelhead. Fred Mayer was our top Blackjack hand and Jolly Roger was the worst. Good fun was had by all.
On Monday, December 19, we dropped off 5 boxes of toys, games, sporting goods and more to the children's home (estimated $3,000).

2022 Wreaths Across America
At our inaugural VetFest, we helped with the Wreaths Across America booth. We were able to raise enough donations ($600) to purchase 40 wreaths for the event. Our members attended the event on December 17, 2022 at the Deland Memorial Gardens. While there, we helped place 1,300 wreaths on the graves of our fallen veterans. November 12, 2022 we held the inaugural Vet Fest to benefit the Paralyzed Veterans of America, Central Florida Chapter. We held the event in partnership with the Wet Spot Bar on Park Avenue in Historic Downtown Sanford. We were honored to have Mayor Art Woodruff read a proclamation to announce November 12, 2022 as Vet Fest Day. Our opening ceremony included a prayer, Pledge of Allegiance of America, Proclamation, National Anthem and an introduction of several of our local Paralyzed Veteran recipients. Everyone was introduced to Milton Sowards, 102-year-old, World War II Army Veteran and he was around most of the day.
Throughout the day, we had 4 local bands donate their times to play: Dave Itkin, The Knockdown, Vagabond Syndicate, and Fyre Insyde. There were also vendors who were selling their items to help raise more money.
A huge THANK YOU to our supporters of the event: WJRR/iHeart Radio, Frank Gay Commercial Services, Gast Construction, Fortiline Waterworks, Best Rental, Jogue, Inc., GoRascal, AGED, Florida Electric Works, River Grille, Gibson Truck World, Paddy's Pub, and Deland Collision Center.
We were honored by your generosity and were able to donate over $4,300 to PVA.
2022 Christmas in July
Our 2nd Annual Christmas in July event was another success. We held a scavenger hunt to find 40 items and answered 4 riddles at each stop. We partnered with The Alibi, Geneva FL, Shay's Airport Lounge, Sanford, FL, Wet Spot, Sanford, FL and the ending event at Shovelhead Lounge, Longwood, FL. Through contributions we donated over $2,000 worth of arts and crafts supplies to the United Methodist Children's Home, Enterprise, FL. At the end we had raffles, 50/50 and live music provide by Fyre Insyde, Sickman and That Guy.

2022 Ride to Remember
On May 28, 2022, we hosted the 2nd Annual Ride to Remember to benefit the Paralyzed Veterans of Central Florida, Sanford, FL. We had over 70 riders participate in our annual Blackjack Run. We partnered with Budweiser and Total Misfits RC to create a successful event. With raffles held at each stop: The Alibi, Geneva, Fl, Shay's Airport Lounge, Sanford, FL, Wet Spot, Sanford, FL and Shovelhead, Longwood, FL and an more raffles at the ending and a 50/50. We raised $2,200 for the organization. During our stop in Sanford, we held a flag ceremony at the Sanford Veteran Memorial Park where we placed a wreath. Live music was provided by Fyre Insyde.
2021 Christmas Toy Drive
On December 4, 2021, we held our annual toy drive. Mr. and Mrs. Claus were on hand all day for pictures as we picked up donated toys and other items for the United Methodist Children's Home, Enterprise, FL. We placed donated boxes at Shay's Airport Lounge, Sanford, FL, Wet Spot, Sanford, FL, Lies & Alibis, Sanford, FL and Shovelhead, Longwood, FL the month of November. On top of those donations, we were able to raised over $1,500 to purchase more items. We raised those extra donations though raffle baskets and 50/50 drawing.
2021 Ride for Food
November 20, 2021 we held the annual Ride for Food. In 2021, we were raising donations, monetary and non-perishable food items for local Veteran families in need. The event started at the AmVets Post 13, Deland, FL, and stops at Just 1 More Sports Bar, Deltona, FL Wet Spot, Sanford, FL, Legends, Sanford, FL and the end at Shovelhead, Longwood, FL Although it was a rainy and cold day, we had over 50 people show up to support the event. College Hunks donated 200 pounds of food and the use of their truck to haul the donations back to the AmVets where they were to be distributed. We ended up with over 1,000 pounds of food to help these local family get through the holidays. Raffles were held at every stop and a more baskets and 50/50 were drawn at the Shovelhead
2021 Christmas in July
Through an idea from our member, Bill Spalding, Christmas in July was born. We held a Blackjack Run to benefit the United Methodist Children's Home, Enterprise, FL. We dropped off donation boxes at Wet Spot, Sanford, FL, Lies & Alibis, Sanford, FL, Shay's Airport Lounge, Sanford, FL and finale at Shovelhead, Longwood, Fl. The generous contributions of the first of its kind raised over $1,500 to purchase more arts and crafts, and summer projects for these children
2021 Ride to Remember
This was 1st Ride to Remember. We began at the Shovelhead Lounge, Sanford, Fl with breakfast and over 100 riders. Each bike supported the American Flag. We rode to Wet Spot, Saford, FL with so many bikes it was breathtaking. We rode through town and the back roads of Sanford and rode by the Sanford, Veterans Memorial Park to the Wet Spot. At 2PM we held a flag ceremony and placed a wreath at the memorial park. Our goal for this event was to create toiletry packages (shampoo, soap, socks, etc.) for our local homeless Veterans. We were able to create 1,300 care packages that have been distributed.
2020 Christmas Toy Drive
As Christmas approaches each year, we think of those in need of a helping hand. We dropped off our donation boxes at OBs Lounge, Deland, FL, Shotz, DeBary, FL Lies & Alibis, Sanford, FL and ending at Shovelhead Lounge, Longwood, FL. The Claus' were on hand for photo ops throughout the day. Raffles, 50/50 and live music held at Shovelhead Lounge. The boxes were overflowing and with the monetary donations we received, over $6,000 worth of merchandise were donated to the Children's Home Society of Central Florida.
2020 Veterans Day
This would be our second time supporting Soldiers' Angels. A non-profit organization that gives 80lbs of food each month to a Veterans who falls within their guidelines. We held a Blackjack Run and collected non-perishable food items from our locations Disabled American Veterans Chapter 30, Sanford, FL, Foxhead Lounge, Osteen, FL, Shay's Airport Lounge, Sanford, FL and ending at the Alley, Sanford, FL. To help raise donations, there was a 50/50 and raffle baskets at the Alley. The event collected over $1,400 cash donations and 600 pounds of food.
One is too Many was founded upon an ideal of charity to assist the local community During the year, we host 4 events throughout the year, 2 to benefit local children's home and 2 Veteran events. Over the years we have partnered with many organizations to be successful including the original Blacktop Tribal Confederacy riding club.

2019 Rock for Food
This quick ride from Foxhead Lounge, Osteen, FL ended at the Alley, Sanford, FL to a street party to benefit Soldiers' Angels. The Alley and One Is Too Many partnered to block off Park Ave, Sanford, FL. We had local bands Crash Rocket, Rock it Fly, Sound Theory and MyGeneration provide entertainment all day long. The event generated 6,000 pounds of food and $1,300 for more food for our hungry Veterans.
2019 Memorial Day
One Is Too Many is the parent organization to Blacktop Tribal Confederacy Riding Club. This was our first event as a riding club. One of the local disabled veterans had car in disrepair. We had 3 local mechanics who oversaw the repairs, the proceeds raised were to purchased the parts needed. We started the event at the Shovelhead Lounge, Longwood, FL, with stops at Mission BBQ, Oviedo, FL, Black Hammock, Oviedo, FL, Shay's Airport Lounge, Sanford, FL and ending at the Alley, Sanford, FL.
2019 Wounded Vet Ride
One is too Many, Asphalt & Iron and Kaufman & Lynd and Horsepower Ranch partnered to create a successful event full of music, comradery and above all raise money for Patrick Wickens, wounded Veteran. Patrick was wounded in action and his only dream was to get back on a motorcycle. We raised over $13,000 to purchase a CanAm and the necessary accessories to make it accessible for him to ride. On this escorted ride from Horsepower Ranch to Seminole Harley Davidson, we had over 300 bikes showing support.
2018 Veterans Day
One is too Many hosted its first event to benefit the Paws for Veterans non-profit organization. This organization is run and operated by volunteers. They gift a service dog to a deserving Veterans. Local businesses hosted our Poker Run: Disabled American Veterans Chapter 30, Sanford, FL, JJs Lounge, Sorrento, FL, VFW Post 8087, Mt Dora, FL, Pirate Pub, Paisley, FL and ending at OBs Bar and Lounge, DeLand, FL. At the ending location of OB's, Steven Green Band, they donated their time and any tips towards the event. We had a great success with the 50/50 and raffle baskets. We were able to donate over $1,300 to Paws for Veterans organziation
